The purpose of the Development Advisory Board is to assist the Congregation of the Sisters of Saint Joseph, Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia, in its efforts to gain the public interest and the voluntary financial support necessary for continuing its mission and ministries among the people of God.

A life long resident of southern New Jersey, Charles is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has completed graduate studies in Finance and Real Estate Appraising and received certification as a Municipal Finance Officer from Rutgers State University. Charles serves on the Board of the AtlantiCare Foundation, the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Atlantic and Cape May Counties, Inc. (CASA). |

Judy Beskid is a graduate of Penn State. After taking an early retirement from Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where she had worked for 21 years as a systems engineer, she began a new job with Inclinator of America, managing their information systems department. Judy taught math and computer science courses and prior to that she co-owned and managed a restaurant and gift shop. |

| Joe is a graduate of Drexel University having earned his BS in Finance in 1975. Joe has 36+ years in the Property/Casualty insurance industry. He started his career at TNA/Cigna (Philadelphia) in 1971 and joined Crum + Forster as Senior Vice President - Field Operations in 2000. He was appointed to his current role in 2004. Joe is also a member of the Board of Trustees at Holy Ghost Preparatory High School in Bensalem, PA. |

| Catrese graduated from Chestnut Hill College and earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Towson State University. She has been self-employed for nine years, doing Executive Transition in Nonprofit organizations and Strategic Planning with socially responsible organizations. |

Catrese first met the SSJ’s in elementary school at Saint Francis of Assisi in Baltimore. She entered the Congregation after one year in college and spent 12 years as a Sister of St. Joseph. |

| Ted is a graduate of DeSales University with a career in the software industry including sales, marketing and engineering. Ted is active in church and community youth sports programs as well as supporting and working in the Sisters of Saint Joseph community service programs. |

He is a member of St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Ambler and has been active as a member of many Board of Directors and is currently a member of the Caprenter's Company of Philadelphia and the Ambler Kiwanis Board of Directors. |

| Rita has a B.S. in education from Saint Joseph University and an M.S. in education from Temple University. Prior to starting a family, she taught at Cathedral Grade School and Ludlow Public Grade School. She has just retired after 16 years at Norwood-Fontbonne Academy. |

| Brother Frank O'Donnell was born in Philadelphia and attended Norwood-Fontbonne Academy ('55). He joined the Marianists and continued his education earning a BA from the University of Dayton, an MEd (Administration) at Loyola College, an MSinLS at Catholic University of America and his JD from the School of Law of the University of Maryland. Through his career he has been a secondary school Principal, Vocation Director for the Marianists, Assistant Provincial for Education/Mission prior to his current position. |

| A graduate of Robert Morris College, Joanne has managed her own consulting and desktop publishing business for the past 20 years. Joanne’s client list included representation from a multitude of industries including financial services, insurance and professional services. She also is an independent contractor as a sales specialist for MarketLauncher, Inc. Prior to running her own business, Joanne worked in the public relations and advertising industry with Liberty Productions and The Neiman Group. |

John has a strong sense of volunteerism, sharing his time with AIDS Delaware, Nativity Preparatory School, the Winterthur Museum, Junior Achievement and his home parish of St. Helena's. |
